⏰ Shipment processing times

Processing time refers to how long it takes you to prepare and pack the order before it’s handed off to the carrier. This usually takes anywhere from 1 to 4 business days, but during busy times (like holidays or Black Friday sales), it might take a little longer. As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We offer different shipping options depending on your location. Your order will come with a tracking number so we can keep a safe tracking on your order.

💵 Costs

We offer free shipping on all our products except bigger products like surfboards, these product orders you can not purchase before we discuss the shipping price with you, so before you can make the order you need to send us an email on the product with your address and we will give you the shipping price.

📦 Delivery time

Because we ship worldwide, delivery time can vary from country to country on your orders to arrive. You should expect up to 2-4 weeks on some orders. Much faster sometimes.

🔍 Tracking orders

All our orders come with a tracking number so that we can safely track your orders once they’re shipped.

🚫 Shipping restrictions

Some locations do not allow shipping and if this occurs, we will refund your order fully. This can be countries in conflict or geopolitical issues.

⚠️ Damaged or lost items

Sometimes items get damaged or lost by the shipping carrier. If you order arrives damaged, let us know right away, send photos of the damage to us and the carrier and contact the carrier. If your package is lost, we will track it and make sure you get it.

💰 Customs and import taxes

Sometimes, in international shipments, customers may have to pay customs duties or import taxes when their order arrives. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. The shipping cost you charge doesn’t include these fees, and you may be required to pay additional charges when the package reaches your country.
